J-P memorial questionnaire

It is now just over a year since the memorial service held here at St George’s celebrating the life and achievements of J-P. J-P was such an influential figure, not just within the anaesthetic department and the hospital and but also the wider anaesthetic and medical community that we would like to propose some sort of permanent tribute to him. There are many possible options for such an enduring tribute and we would like to canvass you his colleague for your opinion on what format it should take. Some options are within the gift of the anaesthetic department to grant, whilst others would require approval from the Trust. However, we would like to hear from you what you think is the most appropriate way to remember J-P.
